i gotta say, i'm a big fan of niko nyman/slusnikluna and lowland. and i've liked almost every danceteria release. but this just isnt' doing it for me some reason, really disappointed on the original mix. something about the vocals that just doesn't sound good to me.
michael cassette and heikki l remixes do the job though, but even then i think dub might have been better.

Dunno about the remixes, but I hope they're better than this. Somehow this feels quite sugarcoated all over, yeah I think this might be something to move the label from "underground" stage to more mainstream stage. That electric blip there in the track is a bit annoying at least at first hearing. To me this sounds a bit like Oceanlab, but the difference is that they have at least usually good sounding vocals. Just last saturday here in local Onnela (yeah you know that mainstream shithole), there was Heikki L playing, at first I was like finally they even try to do something good, but after some while of serious thinking I had some big doubts. Money gig, for sure.. I don't blame him, you know I would have done it too.. money is always money. In this world keeping it real don't pay your bills. Anyway back to the gig, it was exactly what I thought it'd be. Somewhere 01:00 or something (had couple of drinks..) it started.. well ok it wasn't exactly how I thought it'd be.. there was some fuckin' big jingle "give it up for heikki l *boom* heikkiiii *bling* l", then he started playing pretty much same list of tracks I've heard there played previously by some regular bar disc jocks in Onnela, except of one track (props for that) "Passion", what a sweet track btw. The gig was over after one hour tops and the same Onnela kid was back in control. Why? And now little bit back to the topic, are they doing or trying to do the same cut through mainstream with releasing this track? Hope this was just one big mistake from them, of course it's a matter of taste, but this is so different from that Danceteria line, imo. Maybe I should've made new topic for this, but believe me it just get out of hands in here

Cassette remix: Now this is way better than that original, funky jumpy feeling in it and the vocals fit here way better, not that cheesy sounding at all, to be honest sounds pretty cool.
Heikki L remix: Now this was something I would think would be way better. The melody reminds me of some old track, dunno what. Bass was refreshing, but still didn't blow off the roof. I think this clip might be bad and this would have a lot more to give when it grows to the peak. The vocals should be like Cassette remix, in this it sounds bad too, but not as bad as in original.
Rodriguez remix: Hmm what can I say, first of all why there are these vocals, because they sound just stupid innit. I like those "fat" sounds in the track, but otherwise it doesn't bring anything to the table. Quite boring as any other remix I've heard from him.
