let's list all the movies with clubmusic/trance/rave themes or parts here. i thought of reviewing them in three different categories, overall as a movie, soundtrack and club percent (how much of the movie is around clubbing or similar)

one of the best in the genre, great trance soundtrack, good screenplay.

tells a story around an ecstacy deal, raveparty and a wild vegas trip from three different perspectives. even though the rave scenes are the minority in this one, the plot is fantastic and the soundtrack by BT is great.

i can't remember much from this except that the whole movie was weird and the plot was boring. but the soundtrack was fantastic, it was more house music oriented and i remember it featured atleast the awesome c mos - 2 million ways (axwell remix)

24 Hour Party People (2002)

not really a clubbing movie, it tells a story about factory records owner tony wilson and is set on manchester 1975-1995. featured such bands as sex pistols, joy division / new order and happy mondays. the whole movie is done kinda in a semi-documentary way, extremely good for everyone who is interested on that 70s brittish punk sound. the end of the movie also features some of club scenes with acid house and moby music featured.

not really a clubbing movie, as much as a drugs using movie, but it does have an excellent edm soundtrack in it. i haven't seen this in many years, so i need to rewatch it and give a detailed review.

again not really a clubbing movie, but a druguse (overuse) movie. i can't actually remember if there is any clubmusic or ravescenes in this movie, yet everyone always mentiones this in rave movies topic
well nevertheless an awesome and truly shocking movie.

Can't think of anything else. "It's all gone Pete Tong", now that's an awesome movie, I've watched it for like 5 times or something. That mixing part where other track comes from the left and other from the right is damn cool.

Have to say that this "Groove" is exceptionally good party/club movie, focusing in "real old school underground rave scene". Even Digweed is represented. ^^

Includes many kinds of music, from deeper house to drum'n'bass, all of the tracks are more or less legendary and very, very good. On top of them all, "Heaven scent" played by _the_ Digweed, that eventually arrives to play at the rave. To this point, people only heard rumours that this will actually happen.

Includes allso couple of love stories, drama, "education" to younger ravers of how things worked out back in the days and even tries to show something about mixing with dj equipment.

Club percent : 96.8%

For me, this is future classic, if it is'nt already.
