i don't personally have any nostalgic songs anymore, cause i pretty much listen to everything i've loved during my life daily/weekly. i guess you could say pet shop boys is nostalgic for me since i've listened to them since i was 5 or something. but since i've listened to them through out my whole life i can't really say they're nostalgic everytime i remember a song i used to like back in the day, i get it, and play it all the nostalgy away but if i would have to say something, i guess it would be the demo tracks from Trax in Space and mp3.com that i've now lost from my collections and mostly forgotten.. |

Hmm.. Darude's "Sandstorm" and "Feel The Beat" and pretty much the whole first album . JS16's the whole album for sure. Antiloop's stuff "Start Rockin'" for example. These are the ones that came to my mind at first and then there's some single tracks.. System F - Out Of Blue Ferry Corsten - Punk Delerium - Silence (Tiesto's In Search Of Sunrise remix) can't think of nothing else atm, you'll know these anyway, just copy paste them to youtube if you want preview, I'm too lazy now . These were from the edm genre and if we go for other styles there would be some rap like Ice Cube, Dr. Dre, Eminem, Xzibit, Wu-Tang Clan, Fintelligens etc. etc. but I still listen to them, so basically they're not "nostalgic" to me, not that much at least. |

it's a great song, but it's very overplayed.. it's still needs a decent ibiza sunrise chillout mix though. the elevation (or who ever did it) chillout mix was kinda cold and synthetic, i want warm and organic oh and i just wanna go on record saying burned with desire is shit. i can't remember how the downtempo original went but that rising sun remix is a pain in the ears to listen to. i think i hate every single sound in it. someone really needs to do a decent 2009update/remix of it cause the vocals are pretty decent i think. |
